Early Help is a partnership of organisations that provide help, advice and support to children, young people and families.

The aim of Early Help is to help you as soon as possible and prevent problems from getting worse by providing you support, as early as possible. Early Help services can help families, children and young people - pre-birth to 19 years old and 25 years old where there are special educational needs or disabilities.

Rise is Coventry and Warwickshire's CAHMS service. It is a family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Rise aims to build resilience and empower children and young people (as well as the adults in their lives) to know where to go for help and advice.

It’s made up of a number of different services, each led by mental health specialists.

There are eight Family Hubs in Coventry each providing a welcoming space where children, young people, and families can access services and help.

Coventry Family Hubs have something for everyone of all ages including:

- Family support, such as baby health clinics and local midwifery services

- Personalised help: Recieve advice and support to meet your family’s needs including housing advice, debt and benefits guidance and access to wellbeing services.

- Fun events designed bfor children and families to play, learn, and grow together.

- Parent voice: Give your feedback to help collectively co-design and improve family services.
