🌟 My Happy Mind at Stoke Heath Primary School

We’re proud to be part of the myHappymind family!

This whole-school programme is based on scientific research and is designed to support children’s mental wellbeing. It helps pupils understand how their brains work and builds a positive school culture that promotes resilience, confidence, and self-esteem.

Children also learn how to manage their emotions and self-regulate during challenging times—empowering them to be the best version of themselves.
