4.15 pm - 5.30 pm £5 per session

Willows Before and After School Club provides a safe, caring and engaging environment just for Stoke Heath pupils outside of normal school hours. Children have access to a range of activities, opportunities to socialise with friends and nutritious food provided throughout the session.
Children attending Willows may take part in:
Arts and crafts
Board games
Outdoor play
Construction activities
Reading and quiet time
Seasonal themed activities
Sports and physical activities
Staffing
Our club is run by experienced Stoke Heath staff who know the children well and are trained in safeguarding, first aid and behaviour management.
Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis and demand for places is high. If your child misses a session due to illness, a credit will be carried over. However, if you change your plans and collect a child at the end of the school day, you will still be charged.
Children will only be released to authorised adults listed on the registration form. Please notify staff if collection arrangements change. Please keep staff informed who is collecting your child.
Please note that all parents need to complete a Parent/Carer consent form prior to using the service for the first time.

Food
Early Bird Breakfast (7.45 - 8.15 am)
A light breakfast is provided – a choice of toast, crumpets, cereals and fresh fruit is offered with water, juice or hot drinks.
Free Breakfast Club (8.15 - 8.45 am)
Stoke Heath Primary School will be taking part in the DfE Free Breakfast Programme from September 2026. The breakfast club is free to all children in Reception to Year 6. There is no need to book a place, just turn up on the day. The children will have a choice of breakfast options from the breakfast bar and will have the opportunity to socialise with their friends and do quiet activities, such as reading or crafts, allowing for a calm start to their day.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
The health and safety of our children is a priority at Stoke Heath Primary School. If your child has any food allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements, please ensure these are recorded on the registration form and discussed with a member of the Willows team before your child attends. We work closely with parents and carers to provide suitable food options wherever possible. Whilst every effort is made to manage allergens carefully, food is prepared in environments where allergens may be present and therefore we cannot guarantee that meals or snacks are completely free from traces of allergens. Parents are encouraged to keep the school informed of any changes to their child's dietary needs.
After school (3.15 - 5.30 pm)
Children staying until 4.15 pm are offered a light snack such as yoghurt, fruit, toast, crumpets or bagels.
Children staying after 4.15 pm are given a more substantial meal such as pasta, pizza, burritos, soup, wraps or sandwiches with water, juice or milk and fruit, yoghurt or a light pudding.
Booking:
We offer a flexible booking system where children can attend Breakfast Club or After-school Club or both on a day-by-day basis so you just pay for the childcare you need. Bookings are on a first come first served basis and demand for places is high. If your child misses a session due to illness, a credit will be carried over. However, if you change your plans and collect a child at the end of the school day, you will still be charged.
You can now book places on the My Child at School App. Click on the Clubs section and select either AM or PM Willows and select the dates you require and then make the payment.
Please note no bookings will be accepted unless payment has been made.
